1954 Indianapolis Indians 10K gold American Association (AAA) Championship ring presented to staff member Robert Weimer who served as treasurer and secretary with the team during his tenure. The Indianapolis Indians are the 2nd oldest minor league franchise in the history of professional baseball having been around since 1902. Only the Rochester Red Wings predate their existence. From 1952-56 they were the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Presently they are affiliated with the Pittsburgh Pirates. The top of ring features a beautiful red and white enamel image of Cleveland's Chief Wahoo logo with "INDIANAPOLIS INDIANS" above and "AMERICAN ASSOCIATION" below. Both sides have an image of a batter swinging along with "54". Ring size 9. Weight 16 grams.
