1954 Dave Williams World Series professional model H&B Louisville Slugger game used bat. The 1954 World Series matched the imposing American League champion Cleveland Indians vs the National League champion New York Giants. The series is best known for one the most historic plays in baseball history simply known as "The Catch". Giants superstar Willie Mays made one of the most spectacular plays in World Series history by running down Vic Wertz screaming shot to center field. The Indians came into the series heavy favorites after an 111 win regular season only to be swept by the Giants. This natural finish ash bat weight is 32 ounces and is 34" long. Model number A60 is consistent with Williams bats from the era. Bat shows several ball and cleat marks. Mears letter states authentic.

Comes with MEARS LOA.
