Nice group of 4 San Diego Padres from the very scarce and desirable 1950 Hage's Ice Cream San Diego regional food issue. Fronts feature black and white photos of the players with backs having a Hage's Milk advertisement and the players 1949 stats. Included in the group are: Tom Kipp Bob Savage(1940's journeyman pitcher) Alphonse Smith(Solid 12 year major league career 3 time All-Star played with the 1954 Cleveland Indian and 1959 Chicago White Sox American League Champions) and Whitey Wietelmann( Major league player minor league player and manager long time San Diego minor/major league coach). Cards all measure about 2 5/8" by 3 1/8" and present an eye appealing VG-EX condition overall.
