Presented in a handsome pinstripe display frame is the official program from the 1943 World Series between the New York Yankees and St. Louis Cardinals, bearing the signatures of Babe Ruth (6/10 blue ink on front), Commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis (faded blue pen just above Ruth), and 11 members of the 1943 World Champion Yankees and four members of the NL pennant-winning Cardinals. All but four autographs — Ruth, Landis, Ray Sanders and George Fallon — can be found within the bound 36 pages.

The Yankees roster begins on page 13, and that's where Ernie Bonham and Hall of Fame catcher Bill Dickey have signed in green pen. Rollie Hemsley, Tuck Stainback, George Stirnweiss and Roy Weatherly have added their autographs on page 15, followed by Bill Johnson, Jim Turner, Charlie Wensloff, Marius Russo, and Johnny Murphy on page 17 in the same bold green ink. The Cardinals roster begins on page 25, and that's where Max Lanier, Lou Klein, Harry Walker and George Kurowski have all signed. Each of the 15 autographs within these roster pages are all precisely placed alongside the player's respective picture and bio, with pure intention and aesthetic perfection.

The program cover features a bold illustrated design with a large circular aerial photograph of a packed stadium surrounded by portraits of athletes, military personnel, servicemen, aviators, and civilians, all reflecting the wartime context of the Fall Classic. "1943" is printed prominently in red, with "World Series" in yellow block lettering against the dark blue central image. "New York Yankees / St. Louis Cardinals" identifies the participants at the lower right and the cover notes the price of twenty-five cents.

The program has been custom framed with a dual-tone black and grey pinstripe mat board; the World Series program occupies the upper two-thirds of the display, and a black-and-white photograph of the famous "Babe Bows Out" photo is mounted beneath it. This piece represents one of baseball's rarest autographed ephemera categories — a Fall Classic program bearing Ruth's signature alongside championship-era Yankee teammates.

Includes a full LOA from Beckett, which erroneously states 18 autographs, With Ruth, the official count is 19 signatures. (You can clearly identify all of them.)
