Excellent team signed ball from the 1932 Chicago Cubs who went 90-64, securing their spot in the World Series where they were swept be the Bronx Bombers. The Cubs roster during the '32 campaign had depth and consistent production throughout the lineup and staff, led by Hall of Famers Gabby Hartnett, Kiki Cuyler, Billy Herman, Burleigh Grimes, and 36-year-old veteran Rogers Hornsby.
This Spalding Official National League (John Heydler) baseball has been signed by 19 members of the 1932 Chicago Cubs NL pennant-winning team. Notables include Hall of Famers Burleigh Grimes and Rogers Hornsby as well as Stan Hack, Johnny Moore, Lon Wameke (1932 NL Wins & ERA leader), Charlie Grimm (1B & Manager), Guy Bush, Riggs Stephenson, Bill Jurges, and Bud Tinning. Overall, the baseball remains in nice condition with legible signatures.
Accompanied by a full LOA from PSA/DNA (Cert. AO0367).
