A ticket stub and a program from Game 7 of the 1924 World Series in which the Washington Senators downed the New York Giants 4 games to 3 in a hard fought series that was not decided until the 12th inning of that final game. Walter Johnson came in and pitched 4 innings of scoreless relief to bring the Senators there only World Championship while playing in the city of Washington.

1) Decent looking program contains both portrait and action photos of all the members of the Washington Senators team as well as various player group photos. The Commissioner both League Presidents and key Washington Club officials are also pictured. No articles no ads just a load of vintage photos. Program has been pretty neatly scored in pencil through the first 8 innings of the deciding game 7. Inside pages are very nice with the only distraction being a small 1/4" by 3/8" spot of excess paper on the 2nd page that hits a little bit of text. Program and 2nd page have a crease at upper right corner small 1" tear at bottom center wear along the spine and stain at top back center(about size of paper clip).2) Ticket stub to Game 7. From the from stub appears to be a crease free EX+/EX-MT. On the back are a two areas that indicate removal from an album. Both spots have lightened color. The top one about 3/4" in diameter has no text or paper loss. The bottom one about the size of a thumb print has no text loss but does have a 1/4" in diameter area of paper loss. All things considered ticket does display extremely well from the front.
