The highest rated quarterback in NFL history is not Joe Montana, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, or Patrick Mahomes. Nope. It's Brock Purdy, a.k.a. Mr. Irrelevant, of the San Francisco 49ers. Purdy's career 104.8 QB rating has actually improved in 2026 as the 6-1 Niners currently sit in first place in the NFC West thanks to his hot start that has put him in serious league MVP contention. The last pick of the 2022 draft is certainly relevant now. And this offered jersey is from one of his greatest regular-season performances.

On December 3, 2023, the 49ers rolled into Lincoln Financial Field to play the Philadelphia Eagles. At that point, the teams had the two best records in the NFC, and the contest was a rematch of the prior season's NFC Championship. Purdy got knocked out of the NFC title game early with an elbow injury, and it was all Eagles after that as they cruised to a 31-7 victory and advanced to the Super Bowl.

The rematch was the complete opposite thanks to Purdy’s best game as a professional, especially considering the stakes. The Niners ran away from the grounded Eagles, 42-19, as Purdy diced up Philly to the tune of 314 yards and four touchdowns. Brock's second season in the NFL saw tremendous improvement across the board as he finished the year with 31 touchdowns and a 69.4 completion percentage. He led San Francisco all the way to the Super Bowl, where the Niners came oh-so-close to winning their sixth title. Alas, it was Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs that prevailed in overtime, 25-22.

The white road jersey features all numbering and lettering in tackle twill. Purdy has signed the “3” of his number “13” on the back of the jersey in bold silver Sharpie. Purdy added the inscription “GU 12-3-23” and “19/27, 314 yds, 4 TDs” in the same silver Sharpie on the same number “3.” An NFL Shield patch rests on the base of the v-neck collar above a central “49ERS” wordmark patch and Purdy’s front-facing number “13.” A captain’s “C” patch with one gold star is embroidered on the upper right chest. Sewn inside the collar is a Nike Engineered size “42” manufacturer’s patch with attached “2023” and “SKILL” flags.

The jersey is absolutely pounded with game use. Field staining and contact marks are visible throughout, making the photo-match obvious and rudimentary. When Purdy greeted Jalen Hurts on the field at the end of the game for a post-game hug, the grass staining on the back is a prefect match. There are plenty of other in-game images on AP and Getty that can easily be photo-matched (we printed two for the winning bidder). The jersey comes with a COA from Fanatics signed by Brock Purdy. Fanatics cert. # XJ05533612 (QVK) also certifies Brock's autograph and inscription.
