Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls were in the midst of their "Last Dance" season when they faced off against the Los Angeles Lakers on December 17, 1997, in Chicago. The Bulls were about to secure a sixth NBA title, while Kobe was a sophomore fresh off his first playoff appearance and poised to soon make some title runs of his own. On this December night at the United Center, Mike and young Kobe went back and forth with MJ dropping 36 and Bryant scoring 33. This highly coveted 8x10 original photo (mint condition) taken by Bulls photographer Warren Wimmer features a lasting image from the third time Kobe and his idol faced each other in an NBA game.
