Elgin Baylor knew how to fill up the stat sheet with unbelievable scoring performances. He averaged 27.4 points per game for his career over 14 seasons with the Minneapolis/Los Angeles Lakers. Baylor showed his scoring potential almost immediately upon entering the league, exploding for 64 points as a rookie on November 8, 1959. Presented is a nice action shot from that game, showing off Baylor’s soft touch around the rim as he skies for two of those 64 points in a dominant 136-115 win over the Boston Celtics. The photo measures 6†by 10†and has been encapsulated as a Type I image by PSA/DNA.
