10/28/52 page and a half letter written to Cy Jones from Detroit Tiger Hall of Fame great Ty Cobb on his letterhead. Amusing letter in which Cobb asks Jones "I want to know the firm name and address of the firm that furnishes Stevens with 'hot dogs' they have the best I have ever tried". Cobb wants to but them himself and cautions Jones about not telling Stevens because "he would only send more and thats what I don't want". Very strong 9/10 Cobb green ink "Ty" signature. Original envelope also included. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
