Von Miller is the hard-hitting linebacker of the Denver Broncos and the Super Bowl 50 MVP from Denver’s 24-10 triumph over the Carolina Panthers on February 7 2016. Miller will playing in his seventh year of professional football this fall and enters the 2017 campaign with 73.5 sacks to his credit.This lot features Miller’s game worn “Orange Crush” style home uniform from an October 23 2014 contest against the visiting San Diego Chargers in which he recorded yet another sack. It can be easily photo-matched (Getty 457746856 and 457747020) and comes courtesy of Panini Authentic the Broncos' official game-used memorabilia partner.
Showing plenty of game wear with grass stains and paint transfers from on-field collisions the orange jersey with blue trim still smells a bit from Miller’s relentless efforts onthe field of play. On the inside of the jersey below the rear collar is a Nike size “40” manufacturer’s tag. On the tag reads “ON FIELD” and “LINE”. Attached are two flag tags that read “2014” and “+2 LENGTH” respectively. On the V-neck is the official “NFL” logo. Below the V-neck it reads “BRONCOS” embroidered in white stitching. The player number “58” appears on the front on the back and on each shoulder in white on navy blue tackle twill. Below the player number on each shoulder is a Nike embroidered blue logo (swoosh). Across the back of the shoulders appears his last name “MILLER” in white tackle twill on an orange mesh nameplate.
The accompanying white pants are littered with grass stains and dirt stains across the thighs and knees. On the inside of the inner rear waistband is the proper Nike manufacturer’s tag (size 32) with the Nike swoosh the NFL logo and “ON FIELD” reflected. The front of the pants are sporting the NFL Logo shield on the right thigh and the Nike blue swoosh on the left. The original drawstring remains intact. We have found conclusive photo-matches to both the jersey and pants from grass stains paint transfers and other markings.
