Offered here is an unlikely half dozen of absolutely pristine Los Angeles Dodgers official caps, all tracing their origins to the personal collection of legendary Dodgers manager Walt Alston, who directed the fortunes of the club for 23 seasons between 1954 and 1976, winning 2,040 games, seven National League Pennants and four World Series crowns. Take yourself back more than four decades to the Dodgers' clubhouse and find this tidy stack of game-ready caps, each Alston's Size 7 3/8, and each with the original manufacturer labeled inserts still precisely inserted to the front portion of the inside of each cap and designed to stiffen the presentation. Each and every cap looks precisely as it must have looked when it arrived from the manufacturer, with Pro KM label at the back of the headband, Pro KM stamping alongside, and with the 7 3/8 size stamping next to it. Each cap has the iconic interlocking "LA" on the front in white embroidery and white button at the top of the cap. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from the Family of Walter Alston.
