Offered is a very fine Gil Hodges 1961-63 game used professional model bat graded PSA/DNA GU 9. The Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 29.4 oz. with "Hodges" name in block lettering on the barrel end. Strong evidence of use throughout including grain separation on the back of the barrel. There are heavy ball marks, heavy stitching impressions, red and blue rack marks, pine tar residue, and a repaired handle crack. Stamped onto the knob end is the Model H178 along with the vintage "14" uniform number in black marker. Outstanding Hodges game bat with strong use dating to the prime era of the Los Angeles Dodgers of the 1960s. Accompanied by a full LOA from PSA/DNA GU 9.
