"NFL EQUIPMENT" logo sewn at front of v-neck. Reebok logo patches sewn on both sleeves. Large white "4" sewn on front and back. Small white "4" sewn on both shoulders. Yellow/white/yellow piping at neck and on sleeves. Jersey exhibits very light use.
