Throughout baseball history one franchise has stood out based on its phenomenal share of success on the field of play: the New York Yankees. To date the Yankees have won an MLB-leading 27 World Series titles with the next closest franchise being the St. Louis Cardinals with 11. When it comes to winning championships no baseball team knows how to do it any better than the New York Yankees. This lot includes three multi-signed that include three superstar Yankee standouts on three separate balls: Mickey Mantle (sweet spot) Joe DiMaggio and Roger Maris. Two of the baseballs show some toning over time while the third an Official League ball remains snow white in its appearance. Nevertheless each of the baseballs includes signatures in different colors of ink from both retired Yankees as well as other notable stars from other teams. Top autographs appearing in either blue or black ink include: Johnny Sain Bill Moose Skowron Hank Bauer Johnny Mize Early Wynn Ernie Banks Larry Doby Willie Mays Bob Feller Bobby Shantz Monte Irvin Tony Oliva Tommy Davis and Ken McMullen. Most of the signatures would rate 7-8/10.
