It includes the following five forms of identification from "Mr. Padre": 2/20/2003 issued California drivers licenses; 3/22/1999 United States of America passport; 2004 San Diego Padres All Access pass; 2003 ESPN network pass; and 2006 Padres TV media pass. Each of the aforementioned forms of ID include a head shot of Tony Gwynn. A nice bonus shot is Tony wearing his San Diego Padres home uniform for his 1999 passport photo which he has signed on the dotted line for signature of bearer "Anthony K. Gwynn"in 7-8/10 black ink. Unique lot of personal Tony Gwynn documents that could only come directly from the source.
