Tony Blair was Prime minister of the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2007. He was the member of Parliament from 1983 to 2007 and leader of the Labour Party from 1994 to 2007. Blair led the Labour party to landslide victories in 1997 and 2001 and another victory in 2005 with a reduced majority. This official OML (Bud Selig) baseball is signed by Blair in black felt tip pen. The signature would easily rate a 9/10.
