On September 6, 1995, Cal Ripken Jr. made baseball history, taking the field for his 2,131st consecutive game and officially surpassing Lou Gehrig's 56-year-old record for the sport's most enduring streak. When the game became official after the fifth inning, play stopped for a spontaneous 22-minute celebration as Ripken took a now-iconic victory lap around the Camden Yards warehouse, shaking hands with fans along the wall. The Orioles beat the Angels 4-2 that night in front of a national television audience, capping one of the most celebrated nights in the sport's history — a moment widely credited with helping baseball heal from the bitterness of the 1994 strike. Offered here is a full, unused season ticket from this landmark game — Terrace Box X104, Section 53 TB, Row H, Seat 21, priced at $16.00, for the 7:35 PM start. Graded PSA EX 5 (cert. #23108324), the ticket shows some handling wear consistent with a sold-out, emotionally charged game, but remains fully intact and clearly legible. A companion piece to the September 5th ticket commemorating the tying game, this ticket documents the actual night the record fell — arguably the single most iconic moment of Ripken's Hall of Fame career and one of the defining nights in baseball history.
