This lot offers an original Jersey Joe Walcott vs. Rocky Marciano I official program from September 23, 1952. The program features both fighters on the cover with the tape comparison as well. The 22-page program remains in great condition with no tears and a tight center binding. Heavyweight Champ Walcott defended his title against Rocky Marciano at Municipal Stadium in Philadelphia, PA. The fight was named The Ring Fight of the Year and the 13th round was named The Ring Round of the Year. An excellent addition to any serious boxing collection.
