On September 22 1927 at soldier field the long count fight took place featuring a rematch between champion Gene Tunney and former champion Jack Dempsey. Tunney had won the title by defeating Dempsey less than a year earlier on September 23 1926. The controversy of the fight came in 7th round when Tunney was knocked to the canvas and appeared to be given extra time when Dempsey failed to go to a neutral corner. Tunney regained his composure went on to defeat Dempsey by unanimous decision in round 10. The printing on the ticket is very clear. There is some fading around the edges with slight corner wear.The Full ticket is VG-EX PSA 4
