The rarest of baseball's individual game achievements — only 24 perfect games in major league history — and the most dominant pitcher who ever threw one: this September 9, 1965 ticket stub from Sandy Koufax's perfect game at Chavez Ravine, authenticated and graded PSA VG 3, is one of the hobby's most coveted baseball document pieces. Koufax retired all 27 Chicago Cubs he faced that night, winning 1-0, completing his fourth no-hitter in four consecutive seasons and cementing his status as the most unhittable pitcher in baseball history.
PSA VG 3 represents a cleanly preserved stub with appropriate age wear. The specific event documented by this stub is irreplaceable: a Sandy Koufax perfect game in 1965, a summer that also produced his 26-win Cy Young season.
