This image captures an important moment in time on September 30, 1934, the date of Babe Ruth's final Yankees game as he prepares to receive a scroll containing best wishes from hundreds of important figures even including President Roosevelt. The Acme Newsphotos photo captures Ruth surrounded by his teammates near home plate from a fan's perspective in the stands rather than on the field adding a unique perspective. The photo measures 7"x9" and has been encapsulated in a PSA jumbo holder. Designated Type I by PSA/DNA.
