Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax threw four no-hitters during his 12-year major league career with the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers. He finished with an overall record of 165-87. This lot features a framed Sandy Koufax autographed Mitchell & Ness Cooperstown Collection 1958 Los Angeles Dodgers jersey with a hand-painted portrait of Koufax by sports artist Doo S. Oh. The overall piece measures 34 wide by 43 high and shows the southpaw following through on a pitch to home plate. The painted portion on the jersey front measures 12 wide by 13 high. Koufax has signed the jersey in black marker just above his portrait. A very cool piece of sports memorabilia paying tribute to one of the games living legends.
