This is yet another incredible item from the great Sandy Koufax the Hall of Famer who dominated National League hitters for the first half of the decade of the 1960's and nailed down a plaque in Cooperstown with a five-year run of dominance unmatched in the postwar era. Like the pitcher himself this replica jersey is nothing short of sensational commemorating Koufax's MLB career with a team tag with embroidered "1955-66" the date of his debut in Brooklyn to his wrenching premature retirement after the 1966 World Series. This is a pristine presentation of a blazing replica Dodgers home jersey that is then dramatically enhanced by a striking Koufax blue Sharpie autograph on the front right side below his number. "Dodgers" is across the front in the famed script in blue tackle twill; his No. 32 is on the front in red tackle twill and on the back in blue directly below his name across the shoulders in the same fashion. Mitchell & Ness tagging appears at the back of the collar with "54" flag tag adjacent; the Cooperstown Collection tagging appears at the front left tail above the date patch previously mentioned. All elements of the piece are in superb pristine condition largely as-issued and problem free.
