Pulling down interceptions was a true forte of Hall of Fame defensive back Rod Woodson who recorded 71 INTs during the course of his 17-year NFL career. This lot features a pair of painted game balls that were awarded to Woodson in back-to-back weeks during the 2000 NFL season when he played free safety for the eventual Super Bowl winning Baltimore Ravens. The first is a painted game ball awarded to Woodson following an interception he made on Oct. 1 2000 against the Cleveland Browns to help preserve a 12-0 Ravens win. The second game ball was awarded to Woodson a week later on Oct. 8 after making yet another INT against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a thrilling Ravens win 15-10. Both game balls include one white painted panel that reflects the final score and date of the two separate victories.
