In 2000 the Baltimore Ravens took the NFL by storm and marched to a regular-season record of 12-4 before completely annihilating the New York Giants in Super Bowl XXXV 34-7. One of the big reasons for the teams success that season was free safety Rod Woodson who recorded 67 tackles and four more interceptions to his already impressive totals. This lot includes Woodsons game-worn Ravens Riddell helmet from that memorable season that has also been signed in silver marker by five of his teammates from that campaign: fellow Hall of Famers Ray Lewis Shannon Sharpe and Jonathan Ogden along with Sam Adams and Jermaine Lewis. Sharper even added an inscription that reads: To Woody Love Always. The crown of the helmet and facemask show on-the-field wear with plenty of contact marks while the signatures are all legible. Only the Sharpe signature appears slightly smudged in a couple of places. A great piece of sports memorabilia from Baltimores first ever Super Bowl winning team.
Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Rod Woodson.
