From the two-time American League MVP Award winner and 1999 Hall of Famer Robin Yount comes this marvelous trio of awards from his scholastic days barely predating Yount’s fabled two-decade tenure in Milwaukee. Matching wood-grain “badge style” plaques have the silver batters on a small shelf at the front below engraved nameplates that note “Taft Varsity West Valley League Champions” with one citing his status as Most Valuable Player in 1973 and the second for “Leading Hitter.” Each plaque has a strong black Sharpie Yount autograph on the upper left corner. The third award with a silver player in a fielding position is atop a small wood base with red plastic background that extends to twice the dimensions of the figural. That piece has the small engraved nameplate with: “Taft High School 1971 Junior Varsity Baseball – Captain Robin Yount” with yet another attractive Yount signature added to the wood base between the figural element and the nameplate. All three pieces appear to be largely as issued and problem free with only the tiniest of nicks visible on some of the carved wood edges the kind of wear you might expect from a Little League award that was carefully preserved over many decades.

Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Robin Yount.
