Featured here is a scarce Semi-Pro-League baseball single signed by famous Olympic Champion Jesse Owens who won four gold medals in track & field at the 1936 Berlin Summer Games. It is considered the greatest individual performance by a track & field athlete ever in Olympic competition heightened by the fact that he did so under intense circumstances as a black athlete on the home soil of Nazi Germany. His beautiful autograph is on a side panel in 7-8/10 looking blue ink "To Nancy Greetings from Jesse Owens". Ball itself has some soiling but signature remains in great condition.
