Presidential signed baseballs has long been a popular collecting field ever since President Howard Taft established the tradition of throwing out the first pitch in 1910. Most commonly found in singular form we have here a rare convergence of autographs from six former U.S. Presidents on a single sphere. Furthermore the condition of the presented piece is startling. The official NL (Giamatti) ball bears the autographs of Nixon Carter Reagan Bush Sr. Clinton (personalized) and G.W. Bush. All of the autographs rate 9 out of 10 with the exception of Bush Sr. (7/10). Given the limited access and logistical difficulties in obtaining Presidential autographs this is a significant piece of Americana that would difficult to replicate.
