Bruce Lee single-handedly created the world-wide market for martial arts movies with his “Fists of Fury” and “The Way of the Dragon.” He quickly followed up those two with 1973’s “Enter the Dragon” which eclipsed both its predecessors at the box office. Sadly, this would be Lee’s last completed film before his tragic death in 1973. This rare and possibly unique candid snapshot was taken of the martial arts icon behind the scenes on the set of “Enter the Dragon” sometime in early 1973. Lee is captured in a very intense waist-up portrait, hands on hips, eyes gazing off to the side. The Type 1 photo has been printed to its edges. The reverse of the photo has the Kodak “OCT 76” print stamp. Encapsulated Type 1 by PSA/DNA.
