The super difficult "Black Face" Philadelphia Phillies Bobbin Head doll from 1962-64 is found here in a condition that is without a hint of hyperbole as good as it gets. The brilliant colors display the original gloss and intensity and there's not so much as a glimmer of wear anywhere to be found. which is an extraordinary statement for the historically condition-sensitive dolls. The Nr-Mt to Mt statue comes in an original box that presents in Ex-Mt fashion betrayed only by a couple of small tears along one edge and a it of a water stain on one lower corner. It's difficult to imagine that there can be a better-conditioned example of this ultra-rare doll.
