Offered here in an extremely rare 1961 Fleer basketball card of one of the pioneers of the NBA, Bob Cousy, receiving an astounding grade of MINT 9 from PSA. This scarce card is significant because only THREE ‘61 Fleer Cousy’s have been graded higher.
The NBA legend is accompanied on the card by the old school Celtics mascot at the top. Nicknamed simply “Mr. Basketball”, Cousy remains one of the greatest players to ever grace the hardwood after playing a total of 13 seasons for the Boston Celtics and even coming back as a player/coach for the Cincinnati Royals in 1969.
Early cards of Cousy in this elite condition are a must for the serious hoop cardbard aficionado. Add this rare piece of memorabilia to your collection while you can!
