New York's fabled Polo Grounds was home to not only the New York Giants but also for a short period of time to both the Yankees (1913-1922) and Mets (1962). Offered is a beautifully refurbished free-standing figural stadium seat from that legendary ballpark. The left side of the metal framework features the Giants classic "NY" logo and the number "24" is stenciled in black along the backrest (in homage to Willie Mays). Figural stadium seats (i.e. the aisle seats along each row) are obviously scarcer than their middle row counterparts. That fact combined with their attractive nature have made them quite desirable in the hobby today.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
