Certainly one of the most coveted awards that Major League Baseball gives out every year the Roberto Clemente Award honors the player who - in the words etched into the 2-inch-square nameplate on the award "Best Exemplifies the Game of Baseball on and off the Field" which appears atop the words "Ozzie Smith" and "1995." The Major League Baseball logo is engraved on the same gold-plated panel above the award details. The plate is attached to a heavy 3 1/2-inch square black-stone base; on top of the base a 6 1/2-inch in diameter gold-plated band encircles a 3-inch in diameter gold-plated baseball. The entire piece is virtually as-issued and problem free and weighs in at a whopping 6 1/2 lbs.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
