Pay homage to the Seattle Sonics with this great autographed Shawn Kemp road jersey from 1996-97.
The mesh front displays the SONICS team name with a basketball. The multi-color (maroon, white and yellow) identifiers, arched “KEMP” (on back) and logo contrast splendidly on the front/back with the Sonics-green base. There is a cool gold NBA logo embroidered on the left shoulder area, representing the milestone of the NBA’s 50th Anniversary. Dual Champion tags appear in the tail: “Exclusively for Seattle Supersonics" with year 1996-97, Body Length "+6”, and [size] “50.”
It is autographed on the back number “4” in black marker by Kemp, a strong 8-9/10 signature with Beckett authentication. Overall, the jersey shows light use with some thread fraying on the identifiers. A wonderful representation from one of basketball’s most electrifying figures, "The Reign Man.".
