Interesting football shaped program for the October 25 1919 contest between the University of Southern California and Pomona College played at Bovard Field in Los Angeles. Inside are team rosters both school's songs/yells college rules of play photos of the coaches and "Pomona College and U. S. C. Elevens" information on the University of Southern California ad for the Tournament of Roses Game and several period ads. USC won the game 6-0. Program is not scored and has some creasing but the spine is tight. "HOWARD E. MIHLHEIM PROGRAM NO 1178" stamped on top of front page. Displays beautifully.
