November 5 1921 program for the game between the University of California and the University of Southern California played at California Field in Berkeley California. Both teams came into the game undefeated USC outscoring opponents 244-7 and California downing the opposition by a margin of 160-16. Cal would crush the visiting Trojans 38-7 and go on to a perfect 9-0-0 record before ending the season with a 0-0 tie against Washington & Jefferson in the rain soaked 1922 Rose Bowl.34 page program loaded with player photos and biographies plus plenty of articles rules & penalties and period ads. Program scored in pencil. At one time program folded down the center. Other lighter vertical creases all across both covers. Insides pretty much clean. Decent program featuring the 1921 California "Wonder Team" against an unbeaten USC squad.
