A notation on the sweet spot of this OAL (Harridge) ball speaks to its origin reading “National League 1954 Hall of Fame Club” written in an unknown hand. Ten Hall of Fame signatures on the ball include Rogers Hornsby Fred Clarke Frank Frisch Gabby Hartnett Dazzy Vance Paul Waner Joe McCarthy Carl Hubbell Bill Terry and Pie Traynor. An additional signature of George Witt is also included. Autographs are fairly bold averaging 6/10 with the highlight being the large Hornsby on a side panel that displays as a single.
