Nate Campbell III aka The Galaxxy Warrior is a former unified World Boxing Association (WBA) World Boxing Organization (WBO) and International Boxing Federation (IBF) Lightweight World Champion. In a 14-year professional career he compiled a 37-11-1 record with 26 knockouts. Campbell was a late bloomer beginning his amateur career at age 24 and his pro career at 28. He won his first 23 professional fights. Without question Campbells greatest triumph took place on March 8 2008 when he defeated Juan Baby Bull D’az in a hard-fought 12-round split decision. Fittingly the fight took place at the Plaza de Toros bullring in Cancun Mexico. Featured here is Campbells extravagant Galaxxy Warrior robe and trunks that he wore for that notable fight. It comes from Campbells personal collection.

At age 36 Campbell entered the ring as a 4-1 underdog. The 24-year-old D’az came in with a 33-1 record and held the WBA WBO and IBF Lightweight title belts. Both came out swinging in Round 1 with the Mexican crowd cheering loudly for D’azborn in Texas to Mexican immigrant parents. Campbell was losing early on but in Round 6 he opened a nasty cut on Diaz's left eye. Referee Jesus Salcedo called it a head butt and deducted a point from Campbell. However replays clearly showed that the cut was caused by a quick left strike from The Galaxxy Warrior. By Round 11 D’azs eye was almost completely shut. Campbell ended up getting the decision to become the WBA/WBO/IBF unified champ and take all three belts from his opponent. He retired initially in 2010 before staging a comeback that extended his career another four years. He officially called it quits in 2014 defeating Gilbert Venegas in his final bout.

Campbell stepped into the ring wearing the offered robe top decorated with hundreds of sparkling gold red and black glittered dots attached to the thick fabric. The long-sleeve zipper-up garment is branded on the front with "GALAXXY WARRIOR" in black and yellow embroidered lettering. "NATE CAMPBELL" in the same lettering adorns the back. Don King logo and One Punch Productions patches are sewn front and back. The matching trunks he fought in are also emblazoned with the same flashy design color schemes embroidered lettering and logo patches. One difference is a creative "NATE" on the front waistband with the 'T' depicting a symbolic dagger or some type of weapon. Instead of the Don King and One Punch patches on the back a "VIXENTE" apparel patch is sewn on the back waistband and a "MUFFIN" patch is loosely glued on the back left leg. There is no manufacturer's tagging or size indicated for either garment but we can safely assume this flashy outfit was custom-designed to fit Campbell's muscular 5'7" frame. Both the robe and trunks show appropriate wear with minor fraying inside. All elements come essentially as-issued and problem free.

Includes Letter of Authenticity from Nate Campbell.
