As any serious collector can attest, bats used by MLB pitchers are few and far between. This is even more true when it comes to American League hurlers who rarely get the chance to hit. The following nine gamers hail from Yankee pitchers from the mid 1990's to early 2000's.
1) 1993-96 Jimmy Key Louisville Slugger M110: black finish, moderate use, barrel crack, 34", 33.25 oz., light pine tar.
2) 1997 Doc Gooden Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick: standard finish, heavy use, un-cracked, 35", 33 oz., light pine tar, "11" written on knob, "460A-466-97" stamped on knob, signed and inscribed "#11 No Hitter 5-14-96" on barrel.
3) 1997-98 David Cone Louisville Slugger C271: standard finish, heavy use, un-cracked, 34", 31.5 oz., light pine tar, "36"written on knob, autographed on barrel.
4) 1997-98 Mike Stanton Louisville Slugger R161: black finish, light use, un-cracked, 34", 33.25 oz.
5) 1998 Andy Pettitte Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick: black finish, heavy use, un-cracked, 34", 32.5 oz., taped handle, "46" written on knob, "460B-367-98" stamped on knob.
6) 1999 Roger Clemens Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick: standard finish, light use, un-cracked, 34.5", 32.5 oz., "34.5/32" written on knob, "CD44-507-99" stamped on knob.
7) 1999 Ramiro Mendoza Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick: black finish, heavy use, long handle crack, 34", 33 oz., light pine tar, "CD44-559-99" stamped on knob, cupped end.
8) 2000 Jeff Nelson Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick: black finish, heavy use, handle crack, 34.5", 33.5 oz., light pine tar, "MAC25-518-00" stamped on knob.
