Anthony Davis was a standout running back for the USC Trojans from 1972 to 74 and after graduation spent one season playing in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts (1976). That one season he rushed for 417 yards pulled down 408 receiving yards and scored four touchdowns. This lot includes Davis game-worn Argonauts jersey from the mid-70s. The 100% nylon blue-and-white jersey shows game usage with paint transfers on the front and back and includes just one tag labeled 1066/100% NYLON. His sewn-on nameplate "DAVIS" can be found in bold block lettering in white on the back of the No. 28 jersey.
