Joe Montana and Jerry Rice headline an important grouping of signed art prints of legendary Bay Area gridiron figures. Montana has signed 28-by-24-inch color artwork with a pencil signature at the center bottom on the large white border of a limited-edition piece numbered 204/595; Rice is featured on a 22-by-18-inch color piece and signed in pencil on the white border at the bottom with the artist adding his signature and edition notation of 240/270. The four Oakland Raider pieces include: a 28-by-20-inch "Commitment to Excellence" art print with strong black Sharpie Tim Brown signature on the white border and No. 81 inscription; a second Tim Brown piece is 20-by-26 inches with a Brown autograph and inscription in pencil on the white border (edition number 359/470); and a 17 1/2-by-21-inch Howie Long print includes pencil signatures from Long and artist Ed Anzilotti who also provided a COA and edition numbering of 142/425. The final piece is an attractive 11-by-17-inch pencil drawing of Ken Stabler with pencil Stabler autograph and edition numbering of 167/500. The print shows only slight narrow edge of yellowing from having been previously framed something easily dismissed with by normal matting of the image for display. Prints are essentially Ex-Mt to Nr-Mt and problem free.
