Trio of autographed game used hockey sticks from 3 players who spent a good portion of their careers with the New York Islander Hall of Fame centers Brian Trottier and Pat LaFontaine and left wing John Tonelli.
Brian Trottier autographed KOHO SILVERFIBRE game used stick. Trottier played 15 years for the Islanders and scored 500 goals in his 18 year NHL career. Trottier has signed in 7/10 ink "Best Wishes Brian Trottier" on the upper edge of the shaft. "B. TROTTIER" printed on one edge. Black tape covering blade. Black grip covered by white taping 6 1/4" at top of handle. Stick show excellent game use.
Pat LaFontaine autographed LOUISVILLE MVP retail model hockey stick signed on the blade in 9/10 looking black marker "To John Best Regards Pat LaFontaine 16". LaFontaine spent 8 years with the Islanders. "LAFONTAINE" printed on the edge of shaft. Stick has light wear.
John Tonelli autographed SHER-WOOD Feather-Balanced P.M.P. 7000 hockey stick game used by the 8 year New York Islander veteran. Tonelli has signed "John Tonelli 37" in 8/10 looking black felt tip pen on the edge. "TONELLI" printed on edge with "37" in black marker above. Black tape covers the blade. White tape covers 9 1/2" at the top of stick. Stick exhibits excellent game use.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
