Collection of 12 1909 through 1926 Base Ball Writers' Association of America Press Passes for all National and American League games covering the years 1909 through 1926. All were issued to long time Chicago area sportswriter Malcolm Mac Lean and cover the years 1909, 1910, 1911, 1913, 1914, 1915, 1916, 1922, 1923, 1924, 1925, and 1926. Passes for 1910 through 1916 are all signed by William L. Veeck, the father of the legendary owner Bill Veeck. William L. Veeck passed away in October, 1933. All Passes have from moderate to heavy back damage from album removal.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
