This is a spectacular high-grade example of one of the most desirable cards in the 1911 T201 Mecca Double Folders set, pairing Detroit Tigers legends Ty Cobb and Sam Crawford. Its NM-MT 8 grade places it among the finest examples of this card ever graded. The T201 design is among the most inventive in tobacco card history. Each card depicts two players who share a single pair of legs, with the top portion folding down to reveal the second player.

The front of this card shows Sam "Wahoo Sam" Crawford in his white Detroit uniform with the Old English "D," reaching skyward to snare a ball with his gloved hand. Cobb appears inverted on the reverse, captured in a dynamic fielding pose above the "Base Ball Folder Series" statistics panel.

The reverse lists both players' 1910 numbers, including Cobb's .385 batting average, 196 hits and 65 stolen bases. Cobb retired with the highest career batting average in history and received the most votes of any player in the inaugural Hall of Fame election in 1936. Crawford, his longtime outfield partner, is the all-time major league leader with 309 triples, a record that will almost certainly never be broken. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1957.

This card displays remarkable color and clarity, with sharp corners and clean surfaces throughout. As noted by the PSA qualifier, the card is off-center, but the overall presentation remains exceptional. The reverse is bright, clean and well preserved. A true condition rarity featuring two Hall of Fame teammates. Graded NM-MT 8 (OC) by PSA.
