Presented is the rookie card of "The Golden Jet," one of the most electrifying players in hockey history: a 1958 Topps #66 Bobby Hull Rookie, graded NM 7 (OC) by PSA. Hull's debut card is one of the most important hockey cards of the 1950s and is notoriously difficult to find in high grade. That makes this NM 7 example a significant opportunity.

The obverse features a striking portrait of the 19-year-old Hull in the red Chicago Black Hawks sweater with the team's iconic crest. He is set against a split green-and-yellow background, with his name printed in white script across the top. A green banner along the base reads "Chicago Black Hawks • Center." The bilingual reverse provides his 1957-58 rookie statistics and describes him as a "blond husky of brilliant promise," along with a cartoon noting that he quit his high school football team to play big-league hockey.

Hull more than fulfilled that promise. He led the Black Hawks to the 1961 Stanley Cup, won two Hart Trophies and three Art Ross Trophies, and became the first NHL player to score more than 50 goals in a season. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1983.

This example offers bold, glossy color and a sharp portrait with clean corners and edges. The (OC) qualifier notes off-center framing, while the surfaces and overall eye appeal remain strong. This is a premium example of a hockey cornerstone. Encapsulated by PSA (Cert. #14617976).
