Dave Stockton was a standout PGA golfer who won two majors during his illustrious career both at the PGA Championship (1970 and 76). He joined the Senior PGA Tour in 1991 and continued to enjoy success by topping the Senior Tour's money list in 1993 and 1994. His 14 senior titles include three senior majors the 1992 and 94 Senior Players Championships and the 1996 U.S. Senior Open. This lot includes a pair of Stocktons used woods from the late '60s a time when he was busy securing his first three PGA Tour wins: the 1967 Colonial National Invitational the 68 Cleveland Open Invitational and the 68 Greater Milwaukee Open. Both the Pedersen 5 wood and the Spalding 4 wood (the latter with Stocktons signature embossed om gold on the head) show good usage with black-and-white rubber grips.
