Larry Bird 1980's Boston Celtics green game worn road jersey. Bird was picked by Boston 6th place overall in the 1978 NBA draft and played his entire career with the Celtics. A 12 time All-Star he was the 1979-80 Rookie of the Year and named the Most Valuable Player in the NBA 3 times. He led the Celtics to World Championships in 1981 1984 and 1986 being named NBA Finals Most Valuable Player in the last 2. Named 1st Team All-NBA 9 times he averaged 24.3 points 10 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game over his career. Bird was elected to the Basketball hall of Fame in 1998. Jersey has light/moderate wear. "Medalist Sand-knit Size 44" tag sewn in front tail.
