Impressive commemorative autographed bat from Ron Cey's personal collection. This piece of lumber dons the autographs of Steve Garvey (1st base), Davey Lopes (2nd base), Bill Russell (Shortstop), and Ron Cey (3rd base). Each autograph has been penned in black ink along with engraved names on the barrel of the bat. "RECORD SETTING INFIELD" reads above the Dodgers logo on the barrel as well. 

This infield grouping started together for a record-breaking 8.5 years for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The streak spanned between June 23, 1973, and the final game of the 1981 World Series, in which the quartet clinched their elusive championship at New York’s Yankee Stadium in their final game together.

The baseball bat is affixed with an MLB Hologram for the autographs' authenticity and derived directly from the Ron Cey collection.

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method. If you would like your items shipped in a different method, such as UPS/FedEx Next Day or UPSFedEx 2-Day, you must contact our Post Sale Services Manager Veronica Rodriguez by emailing customerservice@scpauctions.com to discuss alternative shipping instructions. Prior to bidding, please be aware of estimated shipping costs, especially for large or heavy lots.
