Offered here is a Kobe Bryant Minneapolis Lakers throwback jersey with a large Kobe autograph within a Lakers-themed matte and frame. The sky blue and yellow-gold jerseys were worn in the early Mikan-era of Lakers basketball prior to moving to Los Angeles and they were also worn in 2002 during a throwback jersey game when Kobe dropped 28 points in a win against the Timberwolves. Bryant autographed this jersey on the rear '2' of his number “24” in bold 9/10 black permanent marker. The 18-time All-Star finished his career won the NBA 2008, four All-Star Game MVPs, five NBA titles and 2 NBA Finals MVP awards. A great piece to honor the life and legacy of one of the most decorated athletes in sports history. This lot is accompanied by LOAs from the Lakers (LL23418) and Beckett (A31080).
